EVERGRID currently intends to ship to AustraliaAvailability may also depend on the product, delivery address and carrier coverage.
2. Shipping costs and delivery estimates
Confirmed shipping charges and any available delivery estimate will be shown at checkout before payment. Shipping destinations, charges and timeframes are pending publication.
A dispatch or delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. We will use the contact details supplied with the order if a material delay is identified.
3. Address accuracy and delivery
Customers should check the delivery name, address, postcode and contact details before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; a change may not be possible after dispatch.
4. Damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries
Contact evergridenergy@gmail.com as soon as practical with the order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs where safe to provide them. Keep the packaging and product until the team confirms the next step.
5. Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind eligibility, notification period, product condition, return authorisation and freight responsibility are pending final approval.
A change-of-mind policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Consumer guarantees
Products and services may come with automatic consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation. These rights are separate from a voluntary product warranty.

7. Starting a return or remedy request
Contact evergridenergy@gmail.com with your name, order reference, product and variant, the issue and the remedy you are seeking. Do not send a product to an unconfirmed address. The team will provide the approved return instructions where applicable.
8. Installation services
Charger hardware delivery and installation services may have different scheduling and cancellation arrangements. Any installation terms must be provided and accepted separately before work is booked.
