What is the difference between portable and wall charging?
A portable charger is designed to move between compatible charging locations and can suit travel or backup use. A wall charger is permanently installed for convenient everyday charging at one assessed location.
Which charging power do I need?
The appropriate option depends on the selected charger, your vehicle's charging capability, the property electrical supply and the installation configuration. Review only published options and seek an electrical assessment for a permanent wall charger.
Does a wall charger require an electrician?
Yes. Permanent EV charging equipment must be installed by an appropriately licensed electrician in accordance with applicable Australian requirements.
Is the charger compatible with my vehicle?
Compatibility is not universal. Confirm the vehicle inlet, charging capability and manufacturer requirements against the exact connector and published variant. Contact support when the match is unclear.
Can the charger be installed or used outdoors?
Only when the exact configuration, published environmental rating, installation method and site conditions permit it. Follow the approved product instructions and have a permanent location assessed.
What is included with the product?

How long does shipping take?

Use the installation request form and provide the vehicle, address, switchboard location, proposed charger location, approximate distance and two site photos. It creates an assessment request, not a final price or confirmed booking.
